Wave!! Surfing Yappe!! is a decent sport anime in my personal opinion and I enjoyed watching it. The story suprised me (spoiler alert, but not really spoiler), it gets a little more depressive that I thought at first, but I still like it. It 's a nice story, you see the progress of a young surfer and the life of the friends he makes along the way in this interesting surfing journey. Our characters are not perfect, are teens with dreams and fears, and you can feel and see that through the series, something that I really appresiate. The art is good. The sea and thesky are always so beautiful. The characters design are sometimes really good and sometimes, I don 't really know, it 's something.

The soundtrack is good. Nothing too exciting but nothing boring either. I like the opening, sometimes in sport 's anime the opening is really boring but here it was decent and I appreciiate it.

I love the fact that the main character wants to have fun with his friends and has some dreams, but does like feel jealous or depressed over his friends when they are better. I like that the characters are overall realistic and relateable.

I enjoyed watching this anime, I finished the first 10 episodes in one day so. It made want to learn how to surf even more than I already did and I can 't wait to see how the story is going to developted.
