accessible but well written, i think anime in general can take notes from this series. it's important to emphasize that the show's humour does not rely on anime / otaku culture references, but ridiculous situations made possible by ooe's perverseness (which is overcome by his extraordinary learning ability / curiosity and savvy). great art direction and well planned storyboards cement this as an enjoyable watch for everyone. 勉強！勉強！
