Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day
There are 2 types of people. 1 who dropped it out on the first few episodes and the rest who have emotionally finished this series. For the people who might've dropped it, you're missing the climax. Honestly, I've never cried so much for any series this much. Just thinking about it makes me emotional. I'll agree with a few though, yes the first one or two episodes may be confusing in a way, not satisfying... but over time you'll be really into it. Just give it in some time and you'll like it :) Story - Like I said, not satisfying in the beginning butyou'll be surprised how worthwhile it is to watch it.
Art - The art is very modern itself. It captivates present Japan really well and brings a warm yet chill feeling to it. Overall I loved the art.
Sound - The sound effects are fab. It gives a summer feeling.
Characters - I love the characters. You won't see it now, but there is one scene that will bring out their characters pop out soooo much.
Enjoyment - It was really fun to watch. Because it's a happy scene and all. It was a little less comedic than from what I expected that's all. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't watch it.
Overall : I loved it. I think it is suitable for everyone to watch it. It is a bit hard to watch and at the same time you just can't help feeling bad for every character. AND BY ALL MEANS I TOTALLY RECOMMEND YOU TO WATCH ANOHANA!
