Review of Samurai Champloo

Easily one of my top 5 anime of all time. Samurai Champloo was a rollercoaster from start to end, with Mugen being a lighthearted guy who loves to fight and Jin being the level headed samurai who was extremely refined in his arts, this duo with Fuu added in made for some really interesting, funny and sad moments that i remember extremely vividly in my mind. With all of this alone it easily gets a 10 from me, with the art style and fluidity in the fights, character developments from Mugen, story, ending id give it an 11 if i could. However, the thing aboutthis anime that makes me remember it with joy most was none other than the song producer Nujabes, who introduced me to a whole new style of music, and has become the instrumental to my life ever since my watch of Samurai Champloo. The catchy tunes he added in really made every scene from whatever emotion it was conveying and elevated it multiple levels to create something much more meaningful, and memorable. Great anime, would rate atleast 20/10, Rest in beats Nujabes.
