Review of The Secret World of Arrietty

From the moment when i watched the trailer from Youtube, i thought it will like the combination of Totoro and Nausicaa The Valley of the Wind. It doesn't give an impact/tempting to me after watching the trailer.And also i was disppointed after watching Ponyo and Tales from Earthsea so i wasnt really anticipated watching this movie. After watching it, it really blew my mind away. Im not exaggerating about it, i mean like seriously it is. It was more than Totoro and Nausicaa. What captures my attention is the detailed of the art in the movie. It really do gives me the sense of relaxation andcalm when watching this movie.
And the main protagonist has portray her full determination to protect her family and house throughout the movie. This has made this movie so interesting as she faced so much obstacles with her human friend, Shou.
The combination of the excellent of the detailed art and characters has make this movie is so different from the others anime movie.
Well, when watching this movie, dont expect any romance in it. it will make u disappointed in the end. Overall, its a good movie to watch. Highly Recommended.
