I read the summary and the tags and thought: ok, a gay batman story, sounds fun. And that's basically what it is, except it has that cheap cliche vibe. If you have ever read some amateurish shonen ai/yaoi you'll know what I mean, plus the art is super generic and the japanesenes is almost abrasive. Also, saying that the main hero is like batman is an understatement, he is a single rich man with a kid and an old butler. All in all, if you are into batman you can see it as a hilarious parody and if you can't get enough of generic shonenai give it a go, but otherwise you can skip it.
