It's a bit funny that the most amount of content this series gets comes in the form of promotional shorts. Although I'm not a huge fan of the manga or the movie this is based off of, I find it unfortunate for fans looking for new content. Nothing is here, but it serves to be a cute miniseries that takes a minute to watch in total, if even. You're missing nothing. They're animated sparsely and can be found on Youtube from a playlist of the same name. There is nothing to discuss regarding the way they talk or present situations, there exist nothing in the wayof motive or thought, since the series serves purely as promotional material for other 009 Re:Cyborg media, it's meant to be less than enjoying. It sticks in your mind, and in fairness, it does do that. The loud, audible "ZIP-U~" catches my attention at the end of each episode.

I don't want to be so negative to a 10 episode miniseries that isn't meant to be fully enjoyed. But MAL has a review feature so imma use it. Like I said, nothing is gained from watching all the way through. It's kinda cool, I guess, but even if you're a fan of the series IO see no reason to watch this.
