I’m not sure why I went down the rabbit hole of incest anime, but here I have arrived. Koi Kaze is very well done. The way this series is portrayed emotionally really strikes a chord in your heart. It handles the taboo topic of incest in this emotional sense and does really well. It is also an anime that takes itself very seriously which adds to the emotional aspect (great soundtrack as well). It plays into the emotional aspect of the topic and makes you think. It doesn’t matter whether you think it’s right or wrong. I find myself struggling to put the series intoany sort of moral construct. The ending felt very bittersweet, but it felt right.
