It's such a shame that Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie is so boring, because it's actually surprisingly nice to look at. Great animation and lush, beautiful backgrounds. I like how the characters are drawn, particularly Chun-Li and Rose. The scene during the credits where Chun-Li beats everyone's ass is probably the best part. However, much of the plot is wasted on Ryu's fake little brother, who is totally annoying and not at all interesting. The generic villain character is also a disappointment, I found him pretty forgettable. Overall, I'd say you could skip this and stick with Street Fighter II The Animated Movie.
