Dementia 21 is a very surreal manga about a home help aide who helps out elderly people with no clue about how bizarre things can get. The artwork is very detailed and is something that I personally like. There's no plot as such, since each chapter is a plot in itself, but I suppose this is a manga which heavily relies on the art rather than the plot. No comments about characters since it's as relevant as the plot. Overall it was an enjoyable read, especially if you are into surreal/bizarre/experimental stuff. It's sort of like Junji Ito's works, but without the gore.
