I was a big fan of this one. I would say it's my guilty pleasure seeing the "dude and older woman" dynamic and this one fits it pretty well. It focuses a ton on the food and I can't say I'm tired of these types of stories yet. Of course, it does have an overarching, though lowkey, romance plotline. While the more I read it, the more I knew it was going to reach the expected conclusion, I was still surprised they actually ended with Yakumo and Shouhei going out. And I'm not sure why but I surprisingly am not rooting for it. While the endingdidn't slightly sit right with me, I thought the manga is as comforting and as chill as it gets, with a dash of humor on the side.
