This is actually an Isekai + Reverse Gender Parallel World story. While rare to see these combinations, I was impressed to find this specific title is better than most. sex is not abused here, fanservice is done reasonably. You got a well crafted story with intelligent characters who aren't half baked in any way. The MC may be an ordinary guy at most with a smaller build, yet he makes up for it with personality, resolve, creativity, etc. Above all, it is very cool how the MC himself is more capable than most ina bizarre setting like this. His main ability creation magic isn't OPby any means, it's just a cool way to get around and about.
