The story itself isn’t very unique and becomes quite predictable, but the first season was still enjoyable because the setup and genre were handled well. Unfortunately, i believe Season 2 skips too much of the original story, which makes it harder to stay engaged. The art style and character design changes don’t really fit the tone anymore and feel like a downgrade. Characters also feel less well rounded, with weaker development and reactions that sometimes feel rushed or unrealistic. Even if I didn’t enjoy Season 2, some fans of the genre may still like it, but those who loved Season 1 for its quality and storytelling willlikely be disappointed.
