Oddman 11 · review
Rude, crude and exceptionally lewd, Oddman 11 is a charming marriage of romance and ecchi comedy. There isn't a deep plot or heart-warming romance but if you can get over the very sexual humour and borderline pornographic art, then you'll find endearing characters and gut-busting comedy. Each character is essentially a joke personified but they break out of their stereotypes at times. I think that's part of the charm, the characters are exaggerations of types of outcasts (promiscuous, unhygienic, sadist etc). I think that's part of the charm here as well, the simple acceptance of these strange characters (the eponymous “oddmen”) Despite the lewdness, it can berather cute at times. I hesitate to call this wholesome (hole-some perhaps) but there are some delightful moments.
Your enjoyment will obviously be dependant on your tolerance for (or craving) sexual and gross-out humour and yuri, however if you can get over that hill, you will love this.
