One of the more experimental or unique mangas I've read. As a music enthusiast, I always pick the once in a blue moon mangas that come up in Shonen Jump related to the topic. I remember 6Ps by Mapollo as the piano manga. Star of Beethoven brings a really unique concept of a story, the art, specially showing the times when Yaso or Beethoven play the Piano is really good. But the overall execution of the story is just, fine I guess. NGL I do like it, but it was just not bringing enough numbers or ratings for it to not be cancelled. So ifyou're a music, specially classical music or piano enthusiast, definitely check this manga out, you'll find the references and the philosophy of music interesting. I don't think anyone else, specially the normies will find this compelling.
