Kyonyuu Kazoku Saimin · review
"Kyonyuu Kazoku Saimin" is based around the typical plot where the protagonist's father remarries and leaves for work shortly after, leaving the protag, Yuuichi, and his step-mother and step-sisters alone together. Yuuichi gets his hands on a mind control device and you can piece together the rest. Despite the plot being a bit cliché and the cast not having any memorable characters, "Kyonyuu Kazoku Saimin" isn't too bad of a hentai. The animation quality is satisfactory and for being only 1 episode long, there are a good amount of scenes present. My main issue, however, is that it is unclear if the mind control wearsoff after a certain amount of time, or if it only affects the target's motor control as the characters are shown to still possess some level of complex thinking. Perhaps this is a nice spin on the mind control genre and this peaks your interest, but for an unsuspecting watcher, it is a little confusing.
From my experience, there isn't much you can do with a mind control setting in order to keep the plot original, so maybe I'm judging this too critically, but overall, the content of "Kyonyuu Kazoku Saimin" is very basic and not the most enjoyable. 4/10.
