Review of ReLIFE

It seems like a normal high school life anime, with the normal high school characters and generally normal plot, the premise of this anime seems interesting with a guy going back and becoming a high schooler; it has been done before but this one has been done well. Our MC is a NEET who hasn’t really accomplished anything and this makes you think about how you can end up that way. I myself have let opportunities slip by and think back with a sense of what could have been. The perspective of being 27 isn’t fully taken advantage of because we have the stereotypical dumband unathletic MC that's played for comedic value.

Later on as I am watching I am seeing the show playing a bit into the ReLIFE concept but the dialogue and characters are still what you expect from a slice of life with its good moments occasionally.

The show has a normal formula and works well with it.
