Let me just say this: Net-juu no Susume left me WEAK. I clutching my chest as I watched it just because of how much I want Morioka and Sakurai to get together. And I was EXTREMELY happy with the ending. Story This is what I really like about Net-juu and this is where I feel its place in the Josei genre really works for it. The main couple gets together, and the series doesn't waste time with five episode long "misunderstandings" that only work to give the show a few more episodes. Want to know why this anime is only 10 episodes? BECAUSE YOU DON'T NEED 10EPISODES OF BS MISUNDERSTANDINGS TO MAKE A GOOD LOVE STORY! I'm looking at you Kimi ni Todoke!

The plot moves at a reasonable place and isn't stalled by anything that would ruin the viewer's enjoyment. It's not complex or hard to understand but it is highly enjoyable. It's also not too serious, which I like, a lot. It has its conflicts and its moments where the characters have their pensive looks but knows when to break the tension or just let it out so that everything's out in the open.

Art

I like the art of the show. The designs of the characters in Fruits de Mer are nice and colorful. The colors for the show in general are vibrant but not too bright, which is good. I like the character design for Morioka in particular as it changes as she changes. We can still clearly tell that it's her but as her relationships in real life get better, her appearance gets better to match it, which is good.

I also like that halfway through the episode they put pictures to mark the commercial break that's supposed to be there. The art for them is really pretty and honestly, many of them I want to keep as backgrounds. They're very well drawn

Sound
I fricken love the OP and the ED. The OP in particular I find to be very unique due to the first 20 seconds or so of it. I'd listen to it all day. The OSTs aren't bad either and are rather good for setting the mood of each scene.

Character
As for characters.....I never found a 30 year old woman so cute. Move over moe high school girls: I want Morimori-chan.

I just love how she develops as a character and it's nice that her personality doesn't just boil down to "NEET". She is such a sweet woman and I want the best for her.

I also want her and Sakurai to Kiss, get married, make sweet, sweet love, and live a happy domestic life forever.

I like Sakurai. He treats Morioka-San so well, such a gentleman. He's also not stupid. He figured out who Morioka was a lot quicker than most romantic leads would and he also made a move a lot sooner than they would've too. Gold Star right there.

I also find him cute. There's just something about a grown man getting a crush and being a blushing mess that makes me completely melt.

Koiwai is a total bro. He's the best wingman ever! He knew Sakurai had caught feelings before Sakurai even fully realized it. He's also really funny and I would love to have a friend like him in real life.

As for everyone else, I like them too but those were the 3 that stood out the most.

Enjoyment
It is very rare that a show makes me ship characters so hard my chest hurts. This is one of them and I love it. I also finished it within 3 days which may not seem like much to others but I have a tendency to take forever to finish stuff. I also laughed a lot while watching. High-quality Comedy gives a show a thumbs up in my book.

Overall

Watch it. This is one of the few anime that focus on a realistic adult romance. It is also one of the few anime that focus on both the real world and a fantasy world. I'd hate to see this anime be forgotten.
