Review of Black Clover

To get started, I think many people don't actually like this anime because they don't like action shounens (but they watch them for some strange reason). So hate towards this anime has no rational base. On the other side, if you like action shounens, oh God, you need to give this a try. It has sometimes even a bit weaker episodes but as a whole it's perfect. Many people see some aspects from Naruto in this and I am among them. Honestly, this anime is regarding quality and fun that, what Naruto could be without fillers and some plot holes. But let's not compare them. Even withsome similar main aspects, they are 2 different pieces.

Action shounens are usually about friendship, hard work, some cool battles, etc. But it's quite rare to have everything in 1 anime. And yet, we have action shounen, where do you have some partially running romance, a lot of fights, magic and sheer strength muscle strength of MC. On top of that, story isn't afraid to injure main characters or put them into risky and tension situations, so they don't feel always like unbeatable OP creatures.

About tension there could be a standalone A4 paper, why it's so good in this anime. Plot is very nice, actually makes sense and doesn't have bigger plot holes, which is kinda interesting. And the character development is one of the main aspects of this anime.

Of course, it's a long one, so there are weaker or yawny episodes but there aren't many of them. To be honest, I can't recall any of them right now.

Simply put, if you like action shounens, this simply has to be on your list. There is a huge chance that if you missed something in the big shounen 3, you can find it here and enjoy it.
