It's pretty hard to make a few paragraphs out of a few short minutes, but I'll try my best. Hachioji-P is, in my opinion, a pretty bland pop artist. Sure, they made "Sweet Devil" and "Kimagure Mercy", but nothing else stands out to me. And the video director they had in the beginning of their career is... quite something. Most of the time the music videos from this early era are fine, nothing special. However, there are a couple that I believe don't deserve to be put in this database because they're, to be frank, unprofessional. "Horizon" is one of them. There are lots of glitchesin this music video, particularly with the hair, and there really isn't anything going on besides dancing in a classroom and the occasional spinning city. Combine that with a bland song and you've got a concoction that was doomed to fail from the start.

So yeah, I don't like this one. It's definitely the worst work I've seen from them. I would not recommend very many Hachioji-P videos, but I especially wouldn't recommend this one.
