Review of Steins;Gate 0

Like the original series this anime became an incredible masterpiece for me Okabe who was a happy crazy scientist at the start of Steins Gate appeared as a sad helpless and worn-out person in Steins;Gate 0 This affected me deeply I can say I liked the story of this anime even more than Steins Gate There were many surprising events and the final scene really made me cry It was an amazing scene and together with the music it became a true masterpiece Is the story unique? If it was predictable, did you enjoy it anyway because you like this genre/set-up? The story felt very unique to me. It took a darkerand more emotional approach compared to the original, which made it fresh and captivating. Even when some parts felt a bit predictable, I still enjoyed it a lot because of the sci-fi and psychological themes.

Do you think the art style is fitting for the story?
Yes, the art style matched the serious and sometimes somber tone of the story perfectly. It helped create the right atmosphere and made the emotional scenes even more impactful.

Were the characters well-rounded? Did they have flaws and strengths, or were they unusually strong/smart/stupid?
The characters were very well-rounded. Okabe especially showed both his strengths and deep vulnerabilities. They all had realistic flaws and growth, which made them relatable and interesting.

Did the characters react to situations and events in a realistic way?
Absolutely. Their reactions felt genuine and true to their personalities. The struggles and emotional pain they experienced came across very realistically.

Do you think others will enjoy/dislike this series, even if you didn't? Why?
I think others might have mixed feelings. Fans of the original Steins;Gate will likely enjoy it because it expands on the story and characters. However, those who prefer lighter or more straightforward anime might find it too heavy or slow. Overall, it’s a series that rewards patience and emotional investment.
