Why 9? because I enjoyed it and satisfied with the ending. That's it. I don't care what others think but as long as the anime makes me enjoyed it, I rate it high. It is not some competition that I need to use some criteria for me to rate it. The animation and art are average but I'm satisfied with that. The fight scenes are decent and not trash for me I like the characters with different personalities. They have different roles in the story. You can feel at the first few episodes a little boredom and confusion but they really deliver well the story in the lastfew episodes and explains some things that are unclear before.

The ending is enough for me and satisfied with it. BUUUUTTT I WISH THEY SHOULD K***
