I really have mixed feelings when it comes down to Tokyo Revengers. The show itself, is overrated. It gets much more attention than it should normally get. I enjoyed myself while watching this anime, to the level where I learned its OP on drums. Music slaps. But that is about what I really like about this show. The rest is just, really never-ending circle. Let me explain: Takemitchi, MC, is a fucking strong idiot. I think it's the best way to describe him. He knows what is his job, so he shakes hand with Naoto, goes back and he just loses his mind. He acts like heforgot everything that he learned the last time he was travelling into past timeline. After that he cries about how he is unusable etc. And out of nowhere - he gets his things together and becomes the strongest person in the show. When he gets back, however, and sees that he didn't do anything, he starts crying like an idiot. And this is just going over and over again.

It isn't just Takemitchi, almost every character is behaving stupid more and more as Takemitchi goes back and forward.

The only two characters that left somewhat influence and are somewhat normal are Keisuke Baji and Matsuno Chifuyu.

It takes it to the limit where it became unbelievably stupid and predictable what the next step is, or how the next episode will go.
I had to start manga because I wanted to see will it change, but I will not talk about what is there, since I still am reading it.

Looking forward to see how will anime replicate manga' stuff.
