The first half of the anime really had me, Moriarty was the type of antihero I love to see, and the orchestrating of the crimes was nice and thrilling. However once they introduced Sherlock, they seemed to really want to focus on his perspective instead and I swiftly started losing interest. I've seen one too many Sherlock adaptations, and the man just bores me at this point lol. I'm hoping part 2 takes it in a more adventurous direction and breaks the mold of the usual Sherlock medias, but I'm not holding my breath. Also the sound direction, OP and ED were extremely forgettable.
