Review of Hortensia SAGA

This is another generic fantasy gacha adaptation which is a little better than one would think from this type of show. The beggining to no surprise is as the synopsis mentioned from there it turns to episodic allies recruitment episodes or so you would think,those episodes are connected to the main plot which is a little deeper than you would expect from this show with a decent small twists on it.All episodes had decent pacing to it expect the last which went a little too fast and while the ending does not leave you with many questions it does end in a way that you askyourself what happens after it since it is a gacha adaptation after all.

The character designs are a little above generic but pleasing to the eye and the animation is decent and consistent.

The voice actors are very fitting for their roles,the soundtrack while unmemorable the opening and ending are pleasant to hear.

The characters are decent,the ones that are most connected to the plot of course and i mean the main characters and the one 'villain',we obviously learn more about them than the others since their backstory is connected to the main plot.

Overall a decent show that had more to it that i expected but not one i would go out of my way to watch.
