This is a good coming of age anime. It has a heartwarming story and at the same time give you the feels of sadness. While the show is mostly about the brothers, the neighbors who take interest in them and show kindness to them are also important. Its a slice of life anime and the characters reacted to situations and events in a realistic way. The art style is right for the story. My biggest gripe with the show is that the animation is quite plain for the most part, except only for a few brief times it does something good.
