Review of Durarara!!
It starts off slow, but around episode 10 it really picks up. The concept for the show is really interesting and not something I've really seen before. I loved how this anime integrated cyber life into real life in a realistic way. Things seemed a bit disorganized at the start but as the plot developed it was really satisfying seeing all the different plots of the show come together. I just wasn't the biggest fan of the art style used. I also thought that the beginning half of the show could have been "sped up" a bit. There are a few unresolved plot points thatcould have been removed entirely. I'm not sure if they were left open for another season but it doesn't really seem that way.
The main antagonist is really captivating and a great character and foil to one of the main protagonists. The secondary antagonist (Horada) was less engaging though and not as good a character. While this seemed to be done on purpose I think they could've made him a bit more interesting.
