Review of Natsume's Book of Friends

At first, I wasn't even going to watch this anime because of that...puffy, creepy cat on the front. I was like, heck, I don't want to see that cat throughout the entire anime! Then poooft!, the cat turn into such a awesome and cool creature and I was like, I take back what I said. The anime is indeed pretty awesome like many people who had suggested it. It had great character development and sad moments that tears will fall. Each and every Ayakashi Natsume met were unique and are great characters. Almost every episode features a different Ayakashi. and in time, Natsume's book of friendsslowly thinned(not really), but his friends slowly increased.

It is a truly heart warming story that is fantasy yet serious at the same time. It showed us great friendships throughout the story.

In my opinion, this anime is one of the best.

So give it a try and see if you like it or not. Oh and, remember to watch each season by orders(Don't be like me!). Yup, I watched season 2 first then I realized that it is season 2, not one.
