Review of Gintama

"Seems cool, but it's too long" "Based on the first episodes it's not for me" "It's kinda weird I don't know" "Does it gets better?" Sounds familiar? If so, then I strongly advice that you should put Gintama to your next watch. I saw a couple of series and while I love many of them, Gintama brings to the table more fun and enjoyment than any other anime in the whole medium. I'm not joking. The more shows you watched, you'll appreciate Gintama even more. It's not for casual watchers but hey: if you actually read this review, I'm sure that you seen a lot of shows. Don't beafraid, once the comedy got you (it will, don't worry) Gintama will be one of your favorite anime of all time, a really special journey.

I won't spoil how will it became your next 10/10 show, because it's a one time experience to explore Gintama. Watch it blindly and sit through. You'll be happy to make this choice. Just watch out: after this, you'll feel nothing can replace that void in you. Good luck!
