Review of Gintama

This show is the best show I have ever seen. The sound, the characters, the story... It's all amazing. At first it appears to be an episodic sort of show (which it is, kind of) but the characters develop and grow throughout the series. My absolute favorite thing about Gintama is the fact that it has some more serious arcs. It's mostly a comedy, but every so often a dead serious arc will pop up and it is amazing. I love comedy and I love action-y shows, it's so rare to find them together. Gintama does it well. The jokes are hilarious and the seriousarcs make you want to cry. But in the end you'll be laughing.
One last thing: you have to watch it in order!! Skip forward and you'll miss not only great comedy, but important plot points.
