Review of Black Rock Shooter

I love this anime. Now, I will say this. Black★Rock Shooter is NOT perfect, and has a lot of flaws. But, overall, this is a good anime, in my mind. Note:this is MY OPINION, and only my own. If you disagree, so be it. But this is mine, so don't be too mad if mine doesn't match yours. Story 9/10 The story both feels like, and sounds like Madoka Magica's, except executed worse. But it's unique, like Madoka's. The story doesn't feel mechanical, and it feels smooth, with no plot holes at the end, either. Character 7/10 This was probably the weakest aspect of the anime. The characters wereclićhed, and it was often predictable on what the main character would do most of the time. But as plot is more important to me in an anime, I never had a real problem with it.

Art 8/10
I HATE 3D. But this 3D actually looked very good, compared to other shows. My only complaint, though I did like it, was that there was too MUCH 3D. I like 3D if it's well designed, like this, but I didn't like the 3D so much that I'd like it in EVERY EPISODE. The anime sections were bland, but well animated.

Sound 9/10
I love the OP song. I dunno. I have weird tastes in music. All the songs were good in this anime, and a good chunk of them I could listen to on their own and enjoy them.

I enjoyed this anime throughly. It was a good watch. Good plot, nice art style, and overall just about everything, maybe except for some of the characters.

Like I said in the beginning, I love this anime. Although it had it's number of flaws, I could overlook them, and I was content with the end result and overall happy ending this anime had.(had watched this after Madoka lul :p)
