Review of Hyouka

Hyouka is a breath of fresh air, a truly unique experience. It is different and much better than other school/slice of life anime. Story-9/10 The mysteries involved don't look much at first but keep getting better and better.The story reaches its peak at the cultural festival. Art-10/10 The art style is really gorgeous.It is on the same level as anime movies.It adds a complete new dimension to the whole experience. Sound-10/10 The openings and endings are really enjoyable.The school cultural festival is the BEST cultural festival I have seen in anime(or any other medium). It was such a beautiful experience it is difficult to describe in words. I felt as if I myself took part in its events,such was the immersion.

As with all great anime,the only thing this anime lacks is a second season.
