Review of Deca-Dence

Deca-dence has a well-written plot, likable characters, bizarre worldbuilding, and great music. There are some techniques that I noticed because I watched Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na before it - some cinematic tricks to make the viewer eager to keep watching. And I appreciate it! I had some Gurren Lagann vibes when watching it, but I don't understand why MAL told me, "if you like Sakugan, you'll like Deca-dence". (this was before I added either to my list). First of all, Deca-dence came first (2020), and it's well-done unlike Sakugan (2021). Yeah, similar father-daughter vibes, but the comparison is misleading. So dear viewers,if you hated Sakugan like me, don't be fooled. Deca-dence is good!
