I was not expecting it to be as well-thought out as it was. The surprising depth of the girls, as well as all of the supporting cast. There was seldom a moment when I felt I didn't know a character or their place in the production. It was one of the closest representations of real life characters that I've seen in a while, and after 4 years, no less. It has an amazing amount of relevancy especially to those entering the working world. The characters are very relatable, and getting such meticulous insight into the world of producing anime was incredibly enjoyable and made fora roller-coaster-like experience rivaling reality. I had to make an argument to add this to my top 5. Such a great production.
