Review of Steins;Gate 0

This will be my first time writing a review so there might be some light spoilers. "Deceive your other self. Deceive the world. That is what you must do to reach the Steins Gate. Good Luck. El Psy Congroo." -Okabe Rintarou This is what kicks off Steins;Gate 0 in episode 23b of the main series. In 2011 we got Steins;Gate one of the most highly rated films on this platform. We follow the battle of Okabe to reach the "Steins Gate". Will he be able to reach it or will he be forced to choose between the Beta and Alpha world lines. Story 9/10: This is a continuation/midquel of themain series, as it proceed episodes 23b and precedes Episode 24. If your looking for an more in depth look of the Steins;Gate lore I would recommend this. However, I think that the visual novel is a better choice. As, one of the plot twists was relatively predictable.
Art 10/10:
White Fox the Studio who brought us Re:Zero and Steins;Gate has done it again. The animation remain faithful to the visual novel and the main series. The new character design of Okabe with his black suit compliments his new attitude on life. In contrast with his usual white lab coat with is Chunibyo, he now has a more serious attitude.
Sound 10/10:
The sound design can sometimes make or break an anime, and if your looking for more of the main series, then here it is. The new op is catchy and has the same vibe as the Hacking into the gate. The sound design also complement's the animation in almost completely defining a mood.
Character 8/10:
I will say that some specific characters have some loose ends even when the anime ends, but besides that the anime can get you completely invested into the characters.
Enjoyment/Overall 10/10:
This anime was Exceptional in how emotionally invested into the characters it got me. The anime was able to neatly wrap up "most" of the unexplained events in the main series and in general I would recommend you to give this a watch.
