It's shameless advertising for the Windows Surface RT. The commercial is completely ridiculous when you take into account that they're cyborgs who have no need for tablets and that this tablet would be around 15 years old in the timeline of the story. That being said, it did a great job of pumping up excitement before the OVAs started coming out. The animation is incredible. The music and sound effects greatly compliment the commercial. The action scenes are ridiculously over the top. It may be a downright-silly commercial but it sure is exciting to watch.
