Boring and basic. Art is fine, but the character tropes are pretty by the numbers. Despite his wealth, beauty, and crazy disease, the male lead is not ruined by the many things that make up him. The FL is nice in that she cares for her sister, but that's about it. She is nice and cute. She does have a thing for muscle/bara men though, which is something. The mascot character is annoying. The plot doesn't inspire anything unique. If you're a fan of the genre, sure, its serviceable. It hits all the buttons it needs to. But it's certainly not very compelling.
