The story is similar to the previous two seasons and previous Love Live series, but in my opinion, it's much better handled because each member of the group gets attention. This season continues to focus on the friendship between the members of Liella, and the episodes leading up to Tomari and Margarette's addition give them enough presence to stand out among the other nine members, to the point where they become some of my favorite characters. The mini-arcs for each girl were excellently realized, giving each character meaningful and memorable moments, particularly that of Tomari and Natsumi. Visually and musically, it's as wonderful as ever. In myopinion, one of the best songs in the franchise overall.

It's a truly great ending for Liella, with the ending where the older members leave Liella to their younger members, a moment I found very emotional.

Superstar is undoubtedly the best Love Live series.
