The strong point is the plot internally much more cohesive than the original work and Megumin has her charisma. However, it doesn't have the same great comic moments and some fits with the original work seem forced. Megumim is the least perverted and most normal of the original quartet. That's why she can't offer certain jokes in a plot containing only her from this quartet and especially without Kazuma to make a pair. However, that's not to say that the anime hasn't found other ways to be funny and that it hasn't provided other characters for comedic interactions. To evaluate is to compare, and comparing in moretechnical matters of production, visually this season seems a little superior than the two seasons of the main series. It also closes many loose ends that the franchise had left and in that sense it is recommended for anyone who is a big fan. It is a work with a very closed ending, with no room for a continuation that is not in the main sequence.

The original Kono Suba always showed little concern for the story and focused on the jokes. This disturbed me a lot, because the plot seemed aimless, thrown around, badly arranged and at times incoherent. Already in this I felt that there was a direction and cohesion. That said, it would be more successful if there wasn't an original work, because where I felt it was forced was to provide fanservice and fit things from the original work.

The first episode has its good points, but I slept through it and that's what I found hardest to watch. Almost every episode had some captivating moments, but only from the middle of the season onwards did I appreciate the plot a little more. So I was in doubt about what grade I would give this work, since in some respects it is better than the original, but in others not.

It's not a work that I love, that I would regret if I hadn't watched it, but the opposite is also true, because I don't regret having watched it. It's unfair to accuse it of being bad, it's delicious and the only thing I found really bitter were the deaths of two characters.
