Mobile Suit Gundam Gquuuuuux is such a crazy good but brief return of Newtype shenanigans both OLD and NEW. All in a more simpler tale, and yet there isn't an episode that DOESN'T HIT. Do you love Newtype Space????? WELL THIS SHOW IS FOR YOU. Do you like Newtypes doing crazy stuff for the sake of their rare connection with another Newtype??? HELL YEAH THIS SHOW IS FOR YOU. The story of Machu, Nyaan and Shuji is wrapped up in a Universal Century remix where characters who never shined before get a new light added to them alongside this colorful cast. If there was anything to introduce UC to new fans, Studio Khara did it. Tsurumaki did it. Anno did it. 12 eps of absolute insanity you'd almost think Tomino wrote it until things get off the rails only Khara could (but of course they use stuff from some his official novelizations). The music is so good and on point. Gwitch felt epic, but Gquuuuuux feels contemporary. And thats an interesting appeal to go for with the Take artstyle. It feels cool.

I wish this story could continue now that the show is free from its initial premise. I could watch 38 more eps of this gorgeous looking show. People are saying its "rushed" but frankly it needed maybe one more episode, and not 24. for the story its trying to tell.
