Review of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind
Out of everything that has been animated, this is the best part of JoJo. This part of JoJo presents a bizarre narrative with perfect animation and art style. Brilliant soundtracks and voice acting as well as, memorable and likable characters. All contributing to what is so far, the best part of JoJo. Each part of JoJo has a unique story with a different setting and characters. This part continues the trend by having the story take place in Italy involving the Italian mafia. Paired with an interesting setting, the story takes place over a week and portrays resolve as a consistent theme that characters use. Conflictsare tense and each episode is memorable.
The art style improves upon previous parts, it perfectly reflects the manga and reflects the world the characters are present in. In a way, each part having its own unique style makes each part noticeably different and unique. Part 5 with its unique art style makes it stand out from the rest of the series. The animation during each fight scene makes the fight so much more intense and brutal.
The soundtrack is without a doubt flawless, the openings, the music, and without a doubt Giorno's theme which has been listened to countlessly by fans all over. It is safe to say that the soundtrack in Golden Wind is by far the best within any part of JoJo. The voice acting is also amazing, Giorno's voice actor is amazing and it shows in each of the fight scenes.
Part 5 has some of the best characters within JoJo, each character has their own backstory that makes them unique and links to who their characters are in the present. Their unique traits like Mista's fear of the number 4. The character designs are also brilliant, while some are overt and a little too bizarre.
What is easily considered the best part of JoJo uses a brilliant narrative, art style, animation, sound design, and characters to emphasize and make Golden Wind stand out from the previous parts of JoJo.
Overall, I rank this 9/10.
