Review of Devilman: Crybaby

Huh. That's really the best way to describe this anime. Huh. It was very strange. There was plenty of nudity and such that I felt was a tad excessive and unnecessary, but it was bearable. Quite a few of the episodes had confsusing parts where all I could think was "wtf?" but most of those moments got resolved at the end. The ending was great for many reasons and the show is filled with metaphors and such that make it deeper than it at first seems. I usually don't like these types of anime but it had me interested and on edge nearly the wholetime. The art style is not my favorite and is often very simple. There are parts I could tell were given more attention than others. The music, however, was really good.

So in the end... Devilman Crybaby is very... interesting. Both good and bad. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it or the last few chapters or a certain character but I think I feel mostly positive about it
