This needs a tragedy tag, or should have at least mentioned that the MC lost his past lover due to an illeness which is the reason I dropped it at chapter 3. It wasn't a bad story nor did any of the characters seem toxic if anything it had a slice of life feel however it was sad and when I decided to read this I was not looking to read something sad, I wanted something happy and cute so I dropped it. The mixed feelings about whether I recommend this is because of that reason, it wasn't anything special that made me think "OhI definitely plan on reading this again" but it also wasn't bad or toxic, and the tragedy made this become a story I don't recommend since not everyone can handle sad story or are in the mood for sad stories or a story where the ML/Mc has lost a lover due to an illness.

That aside the art is nice!! And if you don't mind a story with the MC dealing and trying to get over the death of someone they loved then you might like it.
