Ahh I loved the ova so much! I'm currently on vol 9 of the Manga, which is the volume that the tea party episode is from. I think they animated it great, although I'm still a little bit salty about the fact that Miss Moneypenny did not appear in the anime at all. I was kinda hoping they'd put her in the ova at least, since she was in the Manga. I was also hoping that we'll see how Will made that woman go away, unfortunately it wasn't shown. Nonetheless both episodes are really interesting ;) (Also the bath scenes in the first episode were ahhhh lovedthem)
