Inazuma Eleven · review
This manga is a fine at best adaptation from the original Inazuma Eleven videogames, an RPG football game franchise with fantasy elements such as using Naruto jutsus to block, dribble and score goals. WHAT I LIKED: -The manga was done by someone who clearly played the games, because there's a lot of references only people who have played them will notice. -New original scenes that we never got to see neither in the games nor the manga, such as the match between Teikoku (Royal Academy) and Zeus. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: -The manga skips 50% of the game's content. This means you won't get to see some characters, football matchesand even the whole Alius arc (yeah, I'm not joking).
-The artsyle differs a lot from the ones seen in the games / anime, and out of the 3 it's by far the worst.
CONCLUSION:
I'd recommend this manga only for die-hard fans who have played the games and/or watched the anime and want to experience the story again but in a different way.
