7.5/10 "It looks like trash, it is trash, but it's my kind of trash." This is basically the motto of this manga, as it's a complete gag of a reincarnated into a side character story. It's honestly so cringy that it hurts a bit to read, but it's the entertaining kind of cringe. The manga is well aware of how bad the MC is, and it's making fun of him the entire time. However, the MC then becomes someone hard to dislike because of his delusions. He's a pretty unique and edgy character that is so brainwashed that you can't help but pity and root for him. Whatan unbelievable thing this story has done.

Though this does become a bit old sometimes, and I can already feel the plot rearing off into the "of course that happens..." underwhelming moments.

As far as misunderstanding mangas go, it isn't anything special, but because of the MC's delusions about forcing himself to be a protagonist, it's pretty entertaining. If you enjoy parodies and misunderstandings, then this is the manga for you.
