Rejected by the Hero's Party, a Princess Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside · review
It's only three volumes long. That's really not much to chew on. I think the art is a little too fanservice-y but honestly compared to some trash it's down right restrained. Themewise it's nothing special. This is a spin-off of "Shin no Nakama ja Nai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni Shimashita". They both feature a 'booted' character who ends up in a frontier town called Zoltan. This one had a female adventurer. I actually liked her. She didn't suffer from what I call "dull Japanese" syndrome where the MC is completely immune to his skillset or towomen or to basic social interactions. She used her head. She pretended to be more dull than she is for a specific purpose. The second female lead was kind of boring. Which I think was on purpose as she reveals hidden depths just before the end.
It's short enough to not be worth your time unless you're a big fan of the original and just want more content. But it does have some potential.
