It's one of Jita's better stories. The tension and chemistry is there, and the stakes (both emotional and otherwise) are high. Art is really nice, as expected from Jita, and the smut is lewd. If you want a quick steamy romance with a smattering of 'crime', you'll be pleased. However, as a story... I think they're trying to juggle too much plot threads in too little time. There's the case, there's the relationship between the two MCs, and there's the issue with the ML's father. As a result, things felt too rushed, too flat. The Omegaverse as a setting becomes nothing more than "Alpha bad, Omega victims"and both MC's personality AND dynamics are no deeper than "uwu the Alpha sees the Omega as a person and the Omega draws the Alpha's attention because he's *independent*." Every single plot thread got resolved too fast, too easy, and while the writing does its best to add gravitas and tension during each moment, none of them feels really satisfying.

So yeah, I think the story is good. But it could have been great and that's just too bad.
