If you're looking for a coherent story, turn back now. This is actually just the manga equivalent of jingling keys in front of your face until it's axed. Except instead of keys, it's boobs. You're literally better off reading porn or something, since at least that has more thought put into its narrative. MAL seems to think there's more I can say, but there isn't. We never find out who the woman is, she's occasionally helpful, but mostly by luck... and then the story just ends unceremoniously. Halfway through, a random horny OL shows up, but she never actually matters to the story.
