Review of Devilman: Crybaby

The anime wasn't necessarily bad, i just didn't enjoy it as much as I expected to based on how much others recommended it and hyped it up. While the characters were interesting and the art style and animation were beautiful I felt it lacked substance. I can see why others enjoyed it, it just simply was not my cup of tea and I feel that towards the end it seemed to lose sense of direction and that the only things I really enjoyed were the actual ending and some of the start. I personally wouldn't recommend it but I do see why others would hencewhy I didn't give it a lower rating.

Overall not bad just not my style.
